Terrible customer service and lack of responsibility of their own errors.
I was scheduled to attend an event. Weeks before the event, an email was sent out saying the time was switched from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Okay, no big deal. But then ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT at 6:00pm, another email was sent saying that the schedule change email was sent out in error and the event is still at 6:30pm, IN 30 MINUTES.
Where the lack of responsibility comes into play is that I took a day off to attend this event! Now I couldn't attend due to their scheduling email error?. And now my husband and I took a day off for nothing? In addition, I had to pay the babysitter a fee for cancelling on her!
A mere refund from FeverUp doesn't fix the ripple effect of consequences of as a result of their error. I asked for 2 ticket vouchers (+-/ $100 value) for a similar event on a different day in addition to the refund to help rectify the situation (unnecessary day off and babysitter cancellation fee). I've been emailing the company and now they're just ignoring me.
I don't think anyone's time or money is safe when booking events through this company. Use another company that will actually take responsibility of their own errors.
Looking like a scam. Bought 2 tickets for an OUTDOOR candlelight concert in Phoenix about 2 monhs ago. Today they sent a notice it was being moved indoors and I have to sign a waiver giving up certain rights to attend. Not happening. They misrepresented the concert, changed the character of the performance, and are adding additional conditions to attend. They are not responding to a refund request. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. Next stop the Arizona Attorney General's office. In addition, check the BBB complaints against them.
Complete unprofessional. Unresponsive. Unreasonable. I was supposed to attend a concert in NYC. My group showed up at the hotel, only to be told by staff that Fever decided to cancel the show 3 hours earlier. I went back and searched my email to make sure I didn't miss a notification email. None was found. Fever cancelled the event and did not feel responsible to tell people who are attending the event. Subsequently, I emailed the vendor to ask for refund. The response time is very slow (expect 48 hours between responses). I have emailed them in 3 separate occasion, being very clear that I would like to move forward with the refund. After all the delayed responses back and forth, they have not offered to give refund. It would seem like good customer service that you would offer refund after not notifying your clients about the cancelled event. Instead, the customer service has not offered apology nor a processing of refund.
So we get tickets to an outdoor, open air event in a state that has no mask mandate by the governor, health department or the venue, BUT even though socially distanced AND outdoors feverup candlelight concerts is enforcing a mask policy! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! So after the first song this high school comes over and says I need my mask up. I covered my mouth. After second song a second flake comes over from 30 feet away and says the mask must cover my nose. I informed her I was have a respiratory event, could not breathe and have a medical condition (not to mention the vaccine) and this girl tells me, IT DOESN`T MATTER! Excuse me, I can`t breathe and about to pass out... Don`t matter to these senseless NaziI will NEVER attend another event run by children.
How is this possible? New to a city, searched for Candle light Concerts, landed at Fever.com/my city. My objective: pick a concert and a date and purchase. Nothing worked. Unlike others here, I thankfully avoided (not by choice) a transaction. So, at this point my critical comments are for the unacceptable user interface/experience. No quite what you'd expect in Switzerland.
I purchased two tickets for an event taking place in Denver on March 8. I have submitted over 15 inquiries to their bull$#*! customer service app. My event is tomorrow and nothing. I have sent attachments, receipts, emails and nothing. This is the absolute worst and still unsure if I'm gonna ever receive a refund. I have yet to speak to someone live.
There is no information on the app. I've done everything according to their instructions and no one can find my tickets. How do you run a company with out any live agents or at least a phone number. This is my first and last time will ever use this app again. Do not use the service!
Fever changed the dates of the concert I booked tickets for. I am Unavailable. Think they are contactable? No they aren't. No phone numbers. No live chat. Just a redundant black hole of an email address that nothing comes back from. I've given up 10 emails. No response. I am reporting them to Consumer Affairs. The concert will pass and I'll just lose my money! So dont buy tickets from this group! Can't guarantee the date, you can't contact them and you lose your $$$$
I bought tickets via a heavily marketed and slick Instagram link. The date approached and the venue wasn't announced. A vague venue link was posted on their website for the Atheneum theatre Melbourne, but we turned up (with 30 other disgruntled people) to find the venue booked for another event.
8 emails later and terrible customer service, they are refusing to refund me.
After a bit if googling, this seems typical. Its a scam, don't waste your money!
Be very wary when deciding to purchase these tickets.
I bought a set of tickets and awaited further details.
As the date approached I contacted Feverup for the details of the secret location.
They acknowledged receiving my query soon after, stating that they were working on finding the answer. Shouldn't have been difficult even if they are coordinating small concerts in Sydney from their shop front in New York, linked to their office in Madrid Spain and operating from their base in Sierra Leone Africa.
They eventually responded 3 days after my concert had taken place. I did not even have a chance to redeem my ticket.
They have ignored my request for any form of resolution.
Due to this I believe anything to do with Feverup or KZMOS Technologies and its subsidiaries are a high risk venture.
Great idea for a business but less than dependable operation.
Be careful, and avoid FeverUp Sydney unless you know someone personally who had a good experience.
The concert on the day before the concert I was due to attend was cancelled. Then they cancelled my concert in order to combine into one large event, at a different venue, on a different day. Dates kept changing, to eventually be after my holiday.
They refused to refund my tickets. I found it difficult to find specific contact details or Australian ABN / ACN.
